because the light from a computer and the radiation can damage your eyes as they are constantly exposed and also the light can strain your eyes because the muscles in the eye are constricting.

∙ 12y agoThere is absolutely no reason to wear goggles while working on a computer unless you are afraid that it will explode or the screen is emitting an extremely bright light.
