I have SquamousMetaplasia and it does not show up on x-ray but by a cam put into myrespirator airway. The problem is my Doctor does not understand and calls it bronchitis and sends X-rays that shows nothing to CPP and other like worker comp. As this disorder can't be seen by X-ray I have been denied comp. for my disorder and the on going suffering becomes more prolonged and more sensitive as exposure to Second hand smoke and other irritants trigger the episode's Now cold weather and showering has become a trigger. My daily life has been effected and there is no specialists that have helped. The sprays and other Asama meds cause more discomfort and irritation. As the problem is there and been identified why do CPP and Worker comp. not have these on file or know the serve and prolong suffering that come with this condition.

In case of chronic smokers you get squamous metaplasia. That prevent outward expulsion of the dust particles and bacteria out of the respiratory tract. That enhances the chances of various dust related lung diseases and infections.
