Texting while driving is dangerous, because you aren't suppose to take your eyes off the road for more than two seconds at a time. lot's of people have died while texting and driving. You can't tell what is in front of you.

∙ 13y agoTexting while driving is considered as distracted driving and it is dangerous because drivers would have to take their eyes off the road, a hand off the wheel, and their mind off of their driving. These acts may not even take a minute but most crashes occur 3 seconds after a distraction so even the mere act of checking a message or picking up a call can put your life or that of your passengers and other motorists in danger.
