Germany was slowly starting take over lands that used to be theirs before the treaty of Versailles. Britain turned a blind eye hoping they would stop after they got all of their land back. However Germany saw that no one was trying to stop him so he decided to take more and after he invaded Poland Britain declared war on Germany. Soon other countries were joining the war to help the countries they supported.
