The solenoid, as well as the related valve, are inside the transaxle valve body, which is inside the transaxle fluid pan. I'm not sure if it's the lower pan or the side pan.
Try to follow the + battery cable (if - ground) should connect to solenoid either at top of starter or at fender well

In most cases it should be under an access cover on the end of the trans. Raise the front of the vehicle, remove the front driver's side tire, remove the wheel well access cover and you should see the solenoid cover. Please note: you will need high temp "form a gasket" to re-install the access cover once you've replaced the tcc solenoid.

The starter solenoid on a Honda Element is integral to the starter. It cannot be replaced without replacing the starter as well.
The evap purge solenoid is located on the top of the engine. The evap vent solenoid is located in the rear drivers side wheel well, attached to the charcoal canister.
