I don't think he was, although some of his security personnel may have expressed concern about him travelling in an open-topped car, which inevitably makes assassination by shooting or by bomb easier than in a closed vehicle. But Kennedy wanted to be close to his electorate- to show them that he was THEIR President, not just some remote ruler who was unaccountable.
The layout of the buildings along the route of his motorcade may also have given some of his bodyguards cause for concern, i.e. that they might have suspected that some of the structures might have provided a good spot for a sniper to hide in, in order to shoot the President etc. But this could have applied to any of the places that Kennedy visited- he couldn't stay closeted in The White House all the time!
It's also possible that a few psychics might have predicted his assassination in Dallas, but not known exactly how or when it would happen. In addition, Kennedy was a natural sceptic, and would not have placed much credence in the warnings they might have tried to give him.
N.B. In addition, Dallas is the capital city of Texas, which is in the American Deep South. The Southern States had long been resistant to Kennedy's policy of racial equality and anti-segregation, so after he had passed laws banning such things, there may have been fears that reprisal against him may be more likely in the Southern USA than in the North of the country. His advisers may have made mention of this to him, but his re-election was due within the year, and he may have been keen to try and win over Southern voters following the succesful resolution of the Cuba Crisis and his general personal charismatic appeal.

Former Illinois Governor and two time Democratic nominee Adlai Stevenson warned JFK in advance. Stevenson had been in Dallas one month earlier and the scene was so hostile, he was assaulted. Chief Justice Earl Warren was at the WH for the annual Justice Dept. dinner held near Thanksgiving. JFK was to leave shortly after for Dallas. Warren, a JFK friend who eulogized him later at the National Cathederal, was in the family quarters that were crowded. He told JFK directly it was ill advised to go. Earlier in 1963, at the request of RFK, Gen. Douglas McArthur, a friend of the father Joseph P. Kennedy, met the brothers in the Oval office. They asked him to make inquiries about the growing volatility focused on JFK. All that was later repeated was that he told JFK and RFK, "you are surrounded by your enemies".
