Napolean Bonaparte was remarkable in that he conquered almost all of Europe and did it within fourteen years, he also came to be a dictator or emporerer legally. then after he was exiled he came back to France and tried to lead again, this period was known as the 100 days becasue that was all he lasted for before he was exiled again. Because of Napolean a congress needed to be made this congress was called the congress of Vienna. they recreated Europes boundaries. and Metternich who was the leaderof Italy and of this congress forgot to take into consideration of nationalism which can be a fator all the way to WWl
Almost taking over Europe.
Not 100% sure. However, as Napolean was born in Corsica I would have to almost be certain that his 'native' language would have been corsican. Corsican is the traditional native language of the Corsican people, and was long the sole language of the island, which was acquired by France in 1768. However, once he started school he was schooled in French.
In the begininng it belonged to France, or to be more specific Napolean. Then the American's bought it, a.k.a the American colonists, and then a few years later the borders were determined and the land was given to America. Also! when the Louisiana purchase was made, it made the American territory almost double in size, and from then on the American colonists were able to prosper and get R!CH.. mostly from trade.
No He managed to take over France
Because He could get it for 15 million dollars. He was thinking he was going to have to pay more. He got it for almost 3 cents an acre and he got the port of new Orleans for The u.s. So Napolean thought he was getting a good deal but Thomas actually got the good deal
Its almost 3,400 miles
When it is noon in New York it is eleven AM in Louisiana.
The Louisiana Purchase doubled the size of the United States.
North America and South America are almost entirely within the Western Hemisphere.
He didn't completely take over Europe. However, he is the only one closest to doing so.The year in which Napoleon possessed the greatest amount of European territory would be 1811. His territory included almost all Europe excluding the Balkans. It was comprised of an enlarged France (which had swallowed Belgium and Holland, parts of Germany, and the Italian coast all the way to Rome) and various puppet nations.
The powers of the president were increased.
