Shi Huangdi did not care about any of his subjects, for example he killed many people for the great wall of china, burned history and literature books, sent his own son into exile, made harsh laws,and he thought the economy was more important than people. Regardless of his few accomplishments for China, his reign was one of fear and intimidation for the people of china.

Good - he finished the great wall of China which before was just in small bits. he standardised currency and measurements for weight and distance. Bad - He was a very brutal leader and often buried people alive He was obsessed with mortality and went on long quests to try and find a potion to make him immortal.
