Willam was much better than harold
as you can see in the battle of Hasting
William had only 6000 knights while Harold had 2,000,000 soldiers
Harold wasted many of his soldiers when he fought with Harald Hardrada ,
he did not use his mind .

sang , drank wine , etc . while william made his soldiers sleep early .

∙ 10y agoIt wasn't really the fact that they were stronger, but it was because Harold's army had been though a lot to get to where they were at The Battle of Hastings. They were tired and hungry, they had little strength and were in no state to fight a battle. Where as William's army hadn't out done theirselves too much and had time to drink, eat, sleep and take their time. They had the addreanline for the battle as they came well prepared.
