Since this is opinion question I have decided to answer this question in an Opinion:

While the Tennis Court Oath was a event that should of been more memorable because it was the French common people first (peacefully) deciding to create a new government and a new way of life for themselves..

And the attack on the Bastille was just the French people fighting to protect themselves and what they had formed during the Tennis Court Oath..

** Note: The Bastille was also a symbol of the monarchy's oppression on the French People

However, often we find that war and acts of violence being a symbol of remembrance such as the attack on the World Trade Towers

________

Any chance to change a government that is oppressive is memorable, and doing it in an aggressive manner like The Bastille underscored the desire for change. The Tennis Court Oath was a vote and paper show of solidarity for the change, but the "Revolution" that was to be quite bloody got a physical start with The Bastille.
