When you're out, write it down best you can, ad try to find out later how many calories that was. * get a heart rate monitor, one of those with a wrist watch display. They can usually be set to show calories burned as well, and will tell you with fair accuracy how many calories you're really using up. There you have it, either you're eating more than you think(which is easy enough), or you're not exercising hard/long enough (which also is easy when you haven't got any references.)
