there's anumber of ideas regarding this, involving everything from a traditional/nationalistic German hatred of the Jewish peoples through to Hitler's rejection from Art school by a Jewish scholar, it's hard to point out one reason, though another idea is that it was a good way to focus German/Nazi attention away from the war or failings of Facist politics

Jews had nothing to do with the causes of World War II. Rather, World War II happened to the Jews and they suffered mightily on account of Hitler's racial purist ideology.
