The toilets refill because water is leaking past the flapper. In your case, you are running some water or turning water off right when the toilets are ready to refill and your action "jiggles" the ballcock to start. The toilets are also refilling at other times but you have not noticed yet. Get them repaired.

No, Romans generally had to use public toilets: insulae (apartments) and other typical Roman dwellings did not have their own toilets. They probably had chamber pots for use during the night which they could empty in the morning. Indeed, running water did not go to each house but only to public fountains where it could be collected and taken to the house in a jar.

Yes you can and all you need to do is take it where you bought it from: for instance, if you got the card from Walmart and put money on it there then you can refill it at Walmart. (There are also other places where you can refill it like an Apple shop, Target, Kmart, Exc )

Nothing right away. Recover the other 3 "treasures" (ice, draught, and lantern) and refill the lantern with kerosene in the basement. Then the ghost cat will direct you to the cemetery statue.

ANSWER:Typically, cleaning jobs are assigned to bussers for front of house and dishwashers for back of house. But, if none is available, obviously the toilets need to be cleaned. A manager should not put toilet cleaning on your side work though as waitresses are not paid a regular wage. It may not be in your job title, but you have a duty to you employer to do what needs to be done. If cleaning toilets or dumpster clleaning is above you, then you will never be able to find a job that you can fulfill. Just dont complain about it and do it as well as any other task that you do. I look at it this way, it all pays the same.

The vast majority of Amish communities allow inside flush toilets. There are some notable exceptions such as the Swartzentruber Amish and the Nebraska Group in Pennsylvania. There are other communities such as Buchanan County Iowa and Adams County, Indiana that did not allow flush toilets. I know at least some, if not all of the Adams County community allows the use of indoor flush toilets. Communites not allowing the use of indoor flush toilets would make use of outhouses and chamber pots.

Someone installed the plumbing wrong. Instead of the water going down into the main lead, it's taking the other toilets route and flooding over, an easy fix unless you have to tear up the floor.

Sewer smell from toilets or some other problem

Yes. Only the single-family houses of the rich (domus) and the lower floors of the insulae (apartment blocks) had sanitation. The higher floors of the insulae, where the poor lived, did not. Most Romans went to public toilets. These were outdoors places with the toilets next to each other in rows and without cubicles.
