The file extention is JPG - thus it is a (compressed) picture. The numbers are just the size of the picture - units unknown.

Search any beep audio file in the computer and just give the path of that file in batch file.
You have to save your picture to your picture file on your computer. After you do that you just go on deviantart and click on submit art and follow the instructions to upload a picture.
just make a picture then BOOM..press load background in the file menu then choose the picture you made

Sounds to me like your camera's video file format is not compatible with Sony Vegas. Check out the file name extension (format) of the camera video. You may need to convert the file to a format used by Sony Vegas. The same thing happens to me when importing media from my camera. I have to convert the file first if I wish to use it in Windows Movie Maker. Though I am able to import camera video into other programs I use, Windows Movie Maker is a totally different story. Since I don't use Sony Vegas, I can't vouch for this 100%, but I suggest you check this out first.
you save the animation as a GIF file, then open Windows movie maker, import the GIF file, then add it to the time table. now import the sound file and add it to the time table too, and just sync them. save the file as video file and your done!
View the giff file with your browser or a movie viewer like Quicktime.
