Some people excrete small amounts of Formaldehyde in their urine and it has a fishy aroma as a result. However, the aroma could smell like tuna or sardines to you, but might smell of different things to other people - it is a matter or perception. My girlfriend likes to eat things with lots of garlic and washes her food down with plenty of cider, so after she has used the bathroom it smells faintly of garlicky apples mixed with rotting cabbage.
