Have you checked if they are already de-sexed? Neutered and spayed cats cannot breed. Also, an intact female will not be interested in a male until she is in heat.

That being said, unless you are an experienced breeder, you should not be breeding your cats; there are many risks to breeding, with the worst losing both the mother and kittens. Cats do not need a litter, and by neutering and spaying them, you reduce the risk of illnesses and infections that can develop in an intact cat.
