∙ 12y agoAbraham Lincoln is famous for his faith in keeping the United States together. Former slaves thanked him for freeing them by signing the Emancipation Proclamation. Another thing he is famous for is the Gettysberge address. After the battle of gettysberge he made a speech about how they should stop the civil war because lots of people died.
