quite frankly this can be because of many things. the connector rods might be faulty, the transmission may need repair, or one of many other possibilities. I am guessing you know little about cars and should probably have a mechanic look at it
It may be wired wrong.
your local honda dealership. they will have the exact match you need. i went to an advance auto for lower control arm bushings, and they were more expensive then the dealership. and on top of that too small! so i now go to the dealership if i need OEM parts for my 1989 honda prelude

prelude's depending on spec can most deffinately be awd/4wd.. 100% 4ws,for best results go to a Honda search engine/site & you can read all about body/engine type / drive train / capacity.. even why & how the Honda prelude range was made.
check exhaust to be sure it is not coming loose somewhere. May be problem in steering or suspension. Check struts tie rods etc
There are many good sources in order to find a used Honda Prelude for a fair price. You can go to Auto Trader which is a very reliable company or a used car dealership in your area.
You will need to get it from an authorized Honda dealership for replacement.
