Ok so we figured it out...Valve seals... There's oil on the 4cylinders spark plug & in the repair book we bought for the car it explains what oil deposits on the spark plugs mean & what it'll cause your car to do,& My car is doing everything listed. I either take it to a shop & let them fix it, or I take the head out & bring it to them replace the valve seals
