It could be the brake light switch (the switch that activates the brake lights when you step on the brake pedal) has gone bad
bulbs are to small Check the fuses.
check light bulbs in both lights
i have tail lights but do not have brake lights nor do i have turn signals. i have replaced brake switch and all bulbs
yes they have brake lights and you probably have a bad brake light switch which is on top of the brake pedal under the dash.
Check fuse,bulbs, flasher
When daytime running lights do not work, it means the bulbs may have burned out. It could also mean the fuses have failed or there is a short in the wiring.
No brake lights but turn signals work? Turn signal switch brakes route through it.
Check all of the three bulbs try replacing with working bulbs this should resolve the issue unless you have a bad module.
To be more specific, the ground wire must work and the bulbs, fuses, etc.. Or the back up lights and turn signals and brake lights wouldn't work? Right? Could it be the back panel...and still let the brake/turn/backup lights work? I need help fast. Thanks!
Rear loom ground not contacting. Bulbs burned out or missing. Brake light switch or connection to it is fubared.
my daughter has a 2005 Malibu. Her turn signals are not working. The orange reflectors on both right and left side are discolored and it appears have burned thru. Is itpossible to replace thes reflectors along with the bulbs. I fesr they have melted amd when moisture hits the bulbs they burn out. Please advise.
