purge valve is bad causing fuel vapors from tank to go into intake flooding the engine.
Could be vapor lock. The vent on your gas cap may be clogged
Sounds like the alternator and eventually it wont start back up for you

Call the person who repaired the car and tell them what is going on. But what you write above makes no sense. You say, "(wont turn over) (wants to start) by (wont stay running)" If it won't turn over, how does it want to start, and how can it be running in the first place? Did they replace the fuel filter. If not, they should have.
combustion engines need 3 things to run: fuel, spark, air
Put gas in the tank and try again.
Maybe check your fuel pump pressure.
remove it and it wont start if that light burns out oris removed the eng wont start it shuts down the computer on most new modles
