probably needs a new flasher (round aluminum or plastic....its in the fuse box, there is one for turn signals and one for emergency flashers) swap the 2 to test....this is a common issue with 5th aves

Probably just a burned out bulb in the front one. Those bulbs have 2 elements so the marker light will still work but the blinker wont.
