check the fuses bolth under the hood and the one inside the car. the blinker unit it self located int he fuse box may also need replacement(round silver unit on fuse box) refer to a repair manuel for instalation

my 2000 nissan altima wont start has new radiator and spark plugs the computer test shows no problems it recently overheated
change the blue box maybe.

It seems that there could be a problem with your starter. It happened to me too.
Could be vapor lock. The vent on your gas cap may be clogged
the hazard switch has two sets of contacts. when hazards turned on, blinkers cannot work,even if hazards dont work.for blinkers to work, hazard sw must be in off position-this reconnects blinker circuits to work normally. BUT-the contacts in the hazard sw get dirty and wont reconnect the blinkers to work

You cant Its part of the instrument cluster If you did the engine wont run
Assuming it's like my Ford , you have to reset the preset radio stations every time a battery cable is disconnected
