Answer.there is no dipstick. I have the 3.4 motor in mine and all there is, is a tranny plug. Apparently, GM had a brainfart. This is very inconvienient.
If it is an automatic, then all cars have dipsticks. But if the Saturn is a stick-shift it wont have a dipstick. Edit: all cars don't have tranny dipsticks, my sister in law has a 2004 Saturn Ion L2 and there is no visible dipstick.. (still looking, cant seem to find an answer ANYWHERE)
Your best bet is to go to a auto recycler(junkyard) and get another dipstick. Otherwise, the only way to be sure you have the right amount in would be to drain it all out and put back in whatever that motor's oil capacity is.
Your wiper motor is broken. Inside the motor a wire is burned that the wipers bring back in off mode. Just replace the wiper motor.
the motor is ether frose up, the starter is burnt up or ether it is not engageing

there is a fuse, but 9 out of ten times it will be the motor.
