Why won't my 1993 Chevy G20 won't start after it heats up. If I let it set for about an hour it starts.?

That could be a timing issue or even a bad cell in you battery, but the most likely cause is a worn starter - cheep to replace and a good peice of mind fix. Starters act like that when the bushing go bad.
