FIRST - check the child-proof window lock setting to be certain that it isn't set in the "child-proof" position which prevents windows from being raised and lowered. SECOND - check the fuses and relays which control the operation of the electric windows. If none of these is the problem - you'll probably have to take it to a shop that can trace out an electrical problem for you.
The motor is probably damaged or the fuse is blown that powers the power windows.
Most ABS systems have special readers and OBD wont see the codes.
could be the motor is bad. check with a mechanic.

I tried replacing the window switch , this isnt the problem all windows still wont work.
this happened to my 2006 Toyota highlander...look under hood...a piece of foam was stuck up under parking brake so it couldn't shift into park
Wont have a power window fuse. Power windows usually are controlled by a circuit breaker.
