check the transmission oil level if need it ,add oil, have you change the transmission oil filter, if so you'll need to repair the trnsmission. if is a OBD I try to disconect the battery and turn the ignition switch on wait 20 minutes then turn the ignition on and reconect the battery . sometimes the solenoids got stuck and this procedure helps
