If you are talking about Animal Crossing then you need to pay of all your morgage then pick a color of the new house .Unless you have a Manson which is the highest level. I hav'NT got there yet my friends have. When you pay all the morgage on one of the houses and see tom nook it will take a day to upgrade hope i helped

This will come with a bigger mortgage. If you pay off this mortgage you will be able to upgrade again. You can repeat this cycle a few times until your house is fully upgraded. This may take a while.
