There are two possibility's.
1. Your horse is dehydrated if your horse is dehydrated and won't drink any water, then you should try adding half a bucket of Gatorade should get just a little feeding bucket and fill it up half way with water then you should fill the rest with a Gatorade flavor. You should probably buy a few flavors in case your horse doesn't like the one you picked.
2. Your horse is stressed out. Maybe you travel too much or just work them too hard. You should give them a while off from being ridden maybe 5 days ----- to a week. They should get plenty of rest, treats , baths , and lots of water. ( you may want to add Gatorade, read paragraph number 1 for help with the Gatorade)
Contact your vet immediately; try giving it ice cubes from your hand.
