Make sure that your PS3 supports type of the wireless network you are using including security if you have one.
What do you mean working with each other? 802.11g is the wireless protocol, which you can secure with WAP or WEP encryption and it would be called a secured wireless network. Also, it would be called a WLAN for wireless local area network. They're the same thing.
You could provide abit more details. Though if its a wireless network check to make sure your wireless is switched on. Some software takes over and wont allow you to use the in-built windows connection manager. Download network stumbler. See what results you get with that.
Anti virus software has nothing to do with your wireless router (unless one or more of the system files responsible for network communications was infected). The only thing which can block network activity is firewall. Check your network and firewall settings.
try to go and check out any wifdi hot spot, unsecured on, unluckily for you you wont find any now, due to security concerns. try to pay for it man.
You need to make sure that your wireless adapter supports the security. Check if the network requires WPA2, if does and you cannot connect to it, it means your adapter can't work with and the router has to configured to work with first generation of WPA.
wireless connection
same problem, did you ever find the solution?
An SSID isn't on a wii, its a name for your router on your computer so you have to find it on your computer first. On a Windows computer, go to Start>Control Panel>Network and Internet Connections>; now you have a small screen that says, (in white) "Pick a Task..." and it lists several options, and below, "Pick a Task...", it says, (in white), "or pick a Control Panel icon". Now click: Wireless Network Setup Wizard>; this will bring up a small grey setup info box. Click: Next>Set up a new wireless network>; and at the top it should say: "Network Name (SSID)" followed by a box with your SSID in it!!! Hope I helped! I know how hard this is because i had to figure it out all by myself, and im only 13!! :). <3. God Bless.
If its wireless it wont have a plug
No. You might be able to find an adapter, but the Game Boy is old enough, you probably wont find anything
Check to make sure the router is connected to the internet. I had a problem like this once. Make sure you put in the correct wireless key. It will still say that it can connect to the router but you wont really be connected to it.
You need to find out which adapter you have. After that, check the laptop manufacture website for appropriate drivers.
