the cable has snapped or got tangled or the motor has stopped working i undone all mine to check and the cable was all worn and jammed in the mechanism carnt undo it .

Okay, I figured this out myself and am answering for future people. Take both of the rubber tracks that are inside the doors out (the rear comes out, just lay it in the door, while the front one just unclips and moves forward.) Roll the window mechanism all the way down, get the front roller in the window track, and then push the window all the way forward (this is why you took the track out) so you can get the rear roller into the window track. If one of those rollers comes out of its door track then roll the window all the way up and you can get it back in.
