well it depend on the gear. like in mine the low or granny first is hard to get into. i have to let the clutch out a little while at a stop then slip it into gear. if its other gears it may be a clutch problem. if not then there is a problem with the trans and it needs to be rebuilt.
It would have a sm 465. Its a heavy cast unit with low (granny gear) and three other forward gears plus reverse.
