It's several miles under the surface of the water and BP did not have a plan of what to do in a 'worst case' 'what if this happened' disaster. BP is just making it up as they go along. They keep trying ideas to see if they will work, and when they don't, they try out another idea.

∙ 13y agoThey have stopped it. Cleaning it up is the hard part - and it's hard to clean up because it covers an area the size of Texas.
