does it crank? could be a number of reasons one fuel pump or fuel pump relay or fuses... two the timing belt could be broke three cam or crank shaft position sensor four bad pcm five bad starter (i know you said its new starter and fuses but starters can be bad out of the box and they can blow fuses again as well. six bad map sensor and the list goes on and on also your fuel pump safety switch may need need to be reset... the list goes on and on double check ALL your fuses and start checking all this stuff out....
Follow the + battery cable should connect to the starter relay (solenoid)

if the battery is good, it is not the regulator.i would check all fuses first,then check starter solenoid and starter
Check the starter and your fuses.
Check ignition relay. Jump the battery directly to the starter and see if the starter is any good.
first check battery,then fuses in fuse box,then fusible link.its connected to your positive battery cable,if its burnt or swollen,then replace,also check your starter and alternator and belts.
Loose or corroded battery cable? Bad starter solenoid? Ignition switch?
a sound that goes click,click,click,click,then maybe a start. and that's if you know you have a good battery good alternator and fuses are all good just to keep it safe you know that goes
Then it is a defective ignition switch.
it has 3 auto-reset breakers behind the battery on the front of the rear fender where the starter relay is, no fuses unless you have heated grips, vest etc.
Check the wires on the battery and make sure that it has proper contacts, also check all fuses. I bet it's one of the fuses.
