The computer. Controls the ground signal going to ur relay u should have no ground on the relay till computer sends the sivnal cheak that if u already did fuses .and relay the ground should. Be a green wire if u don't get ground install an independant fan setup its a setup that turns ur fans automaticallly.I forgot what its called that will kept u in junkin the car

it happened to me on a 96. I took it to the dealership, turns out it is some kind of common defect, that, I dont remember, might have been a recall as well. Its fixable, anyways.

check temp sensor, it located where the thermostat is, or the fan relay (its in the black box under the hood with all the fuses in it). To check unplug the sensor, it's on the thermostat cover, if the fan turns on the relay is good. If it doesn't come on change the relay.

changed seliniod on starter and on firewall ,checked fuses still won't turn over, if I cross the upper seliniod with a screw driver it turns over but won't start?
If the fuel system is still holding pressure the car will start and run until the fuel runs out, The relay turns on the fuel pump.
Check fuel pump,filter,relay switch,fuses,etc. or spark plugs,wires and distributor cap.

There is a relay in the emergency brake which turns them off. Sometimes it can be sticky. pull up on emerg pedal.
