there might be a short in the transmission wiring that might have happened when you swapped out the radio
if it's stuck in third gear, that's probably the issue
The gear shift lamp on a 2006 Toyota Corolla can be replaced by taking apart the gear shift plate and replacing the bulb. This can be a very complicated procedure. The top of the gear shift plate is held on by clips at the front and back.

its the bitsi cylinoid in your gear shift which allows u to take the car out of park when u engage the brake u need to replace your gear shift assembly i just replaced mine 400 bucks

Do you mean that the car will not shift into first? The clutch is the left pedal on the floor and should work independently of which gear is selected. If the car will not shift into first the clutch may need to be replaced, transmission synchros or gear teeth for first gear could be damaged(chipped,missing or broken) or the shift selector shaft might need to be realigned and/or have it's bushings replaced.
A bad solenoid is likely the reason why your 1994 Chevrolet S10 Blazer won't shift into 1st or 4th gear. Getting it replaced should fix the issue.
