Fill the tank!
I would start with a tune up
this happened on me, it turned out to be the earth strap from the engine to the chassis had gone rotten and broke loose, this stopped the engine from running but it would still turn over
This is typical of Tahoe and Suburban. The fuel pump gets hot and starts boiling the fuel. Sometimes after a short period of time, it will run again. Keeping a full tank of fuel helps, but in the long run, you will have to replace the fuel pump. Most likely it has a Bosch pump, so be prepared to pay an extra few hundred for the "Bocsh" name.
The odd thing is that we perceive the passage of time by perceiving the passage of time. We are part of it. If time stopped, we would too. There would be no perception for us but that moment that time stopped. If it were to start up again, it would seem seamless to us.
The only thing I can think of is a quarter.

Just a guess, check the ign. module.
lake tahoe would freeze at a higher temperature
Yes it may I have a 99 Tahoe and I pulled a fuse ( at this time I don't remember which one it was) an it would not start. I recommend that you check them out.
The team that possessed the ball at the end of the first quarter would have possession of the ball at the start of the second quarter. Game play continues between the first and second quarters, and also between the third and fourth quarters. So if a team is in the middle of a drive at the end of the first quarter, play will resume for that team wherever it ended when the quarter expired. The only difference is that teams exchange ends of the field between quarters, so that if the team in possession is on the 30-yard line at the end of the quarter, play will move to the opposite 30-yard line at the start of the next quarter.
Could be fuel injectors are leaking causing a flooding condition
