There are two major problems with this question. First, whether Israel has nuclear weapons, it is definitely not "nuclear weapons trigger happy". Israel has not launched a nuclear missile or any intercontinental ballistic missile (even with a conventional warhead). Second, Israel maintains good relations with India and the two have a decent trade relationship. Israel and Pakistan do not recognize each other and India and Pakistan are in a long-term conflict. Therefore, if anything were to happen between the three countries, it is far more likely that India and Israel would join forces against Pakistan than for India and Pakistan to join forces against Israel.

No, but it would be nice to see them have nuclear weapons, considering that Pakistan and India are nuclear nations.
It is dangerous for any country to have nuclear weapons. In the case of India and Pakistan, there has been trouble between the two countries and if a war with nuclear weapons broke out between them, it would have severe consequences.
