AnswerThese have to be separate problems because they are separate circuits.If you checked for power at the blower motor and there is none ,then I believe that the blower motor resistor is At Fault.Go to your Dodge dealer and have the parts department print out a copy of the part,price,(20.00) and its location in the dash.
