Chevy cavalier trac off light came on while driving and car turned off pulled over and wouldn't restart could running out of gas cause this gas was low?

I doubt that running out of gas will my the low trac light come on. I own an 02 Cavalier, and the trac light has to do with the amount of traction you have on any given surface. If you know a mechanic I would have them check it out.

2002 cavalier Z24 just shuts off while im driving and will start again by itself or you will have to turn it over?

Have someone check your fuel pump pressure,if you lose fuel pressure while driving, and then it comes back that would explain why it seems to start by itself.

Why don't my high beams work eventhough the dashboard indicator shows they are on on my 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier?

Possibly both of them are burned out (common). You were running on only one for a while and then that one burned out. The indicator would still be lit.

Why would a car stop running while driving then not start back up?

About a zillion things, one would be a bad fuel pump. If it will jump start and drive a few miles then die again replace your alternator.

On a 97 cavalier after replacing the alternator and battery the battery light is still on and though it starts and runs fine what is causing the battery light to come on again after start?

MAYBE IT COULD BE A BAD SENSOR. IF IT IS RUNNING GOOD I WOULD JUST IGNORE IT.

Probably the catalytic converter. Have someone feel if there is any exhaust while you try to deep it running.
