i would check the harmonic balancer the rubber seal on it probably has come off and you need to lift up the engine to get to it
check your oil level... if its low then that could be your problem, if its not low then it could be one of a few things. best case senario, its low oil, worst case, rod knock if your oils fine and it keeps getting worse...have a mechanic look at it.
