TPS. throttle position sensor has a dead spot or the coil in plug units may be experiencing heat fatigue. also observe the operation of the temperature coolant sensor and air flow temperature sensor with a handheld scanner
Car would either have to be running or alternator removed for bench test
mine did that and i replaced the crank shaft sensor,problem was fixed
Check for spark - could be bad coil Check for fuel delivery
About a zillion things, one would be a bad fuel pump. If it will jump start and drive a few miles then die again replace your alternator.
Probably the catalytic converter. Have someone feel if there is any exhaust while you try to deep it running.

There are 2 fans that would be running while you are driving and that is normal... the compressor fan if you have the air conditioner running and the radiator fan runs to help keep the radiator cool while the engine is on.
