Lot's of girls do that because their scared of making a fool of themselves in front of their crush. Sometimes they get nervous too. I remember I acted like a fool in front of my crush last year and then i would get really scared and wouldn't speak to him. If you want her to talk more, make her feel comfortable and show her you'll like her a lot.
