If the vehicle smokes either the gasket was installed improperly or then heads were not checked before being reinstalled and one of them was warped if the vehicle overheated when the head gasket blew then most likely its a warped head. Devan
Could have a head gasket problem. Need to know what color smoke is coming out of exhaust. If the smoke is white and has a sweet smell to it, you have a bad head gasket or a cracked head or both.
change the oil...again...and again(if need be)
The car has a problem with the engine. My first and probably correct guess would be a blown head gasket. The symptoms are exactly what you mention.
Sounds like a blown head gasket.
Get a oil change You may have a bad head gasket, or a cracked head, or both.
They need not.
You have a blown head gasket sorry to say. The white smoke is water getting into the combustion chamber and the reason the engine vibrates is the chamber that is getting the water is not firing thus causing the shaking.
