It would be a good energy source because it is a gas and it is inexpensive to use and make.
It is not economical compared with other sources of energy. First of all molecular hydrogen (H2) only exists on earth in small quantities, so you have to make it from other sources. Most generally this would be made from natural gas (mostly CH4). But 'burning' natural gas to make hydrogen for fuel doesn't make any sense, as the energy density (per volume at standard temperature and pressure) of natural gas is better than hydrogen so why not just use natural gas in your device in the first place?
You'd die. You wouldn't be able to survive without energy sources.
The amount of energy that can be generated with solar energy depends on factors such as location, amount of sunlight, size of solar panel system, and efficiency of the panels. On average, a residential solar panel system can generate around 10-12 kilowatt-hours per square foot per year. Commercial and utility-scale solar installations can generate much more energy.
Conventional energy sources are energy sources that are considered normal to use. For example, coal, nuclear, geothermal, hydroelectricity, and natural gas are sources of conventional energy. Non-conventional energy would include something completely weird and disliked, like burning corpses or puppies for energy.
Panic. Seriously though - turn to alternative energy sources. Sun, tidal, bio thermal, wind, nuclear etc. renewable sources hopefully! By then they would have hopefully solved the problems of fusion reactors - an energy source with limitless potential. I imagine in the near future the majority of our energy will come from hydrogen facilities. A volatile, efficient energy source. When oil and gas production cease, they will simply move into hydrogen production. And considering it is the most abundant material in the known universe, we are unlikely to run out.
Hydrogen gas has the lowest mass out of ammonia, bromine, hydrogen and chlorine, so it would have the highest velocity for a given kinetic energy.
No, you would need energy to combine hydrogen and oxygen into H2O
Solar energy
Hydrogen is the simplest element in the universe. Combining hydrogen and oxygen in a fuel cell would produce energy without pollution.
Solar or wind energy would be quite suitable as energy sources in a desert.
