I DONT KNOW IF THIS WILL HELP BUT YOU MIGHT TRY THIS . I HAD A SIMILAR PROBLEM WITH MY 93 Dodge DYNASTY.THE LIGHTS WOULD GO ON AND OFF INTERMITTENTLY. SOMETIMES I COULD ONLY GET THEM TO STAY ON BY HOLDING THE HIGH BEAM LEVER. I REPLACED THE HEADLIGHT DASH SWITCH. IT SOLVED THE PROBLEM.
