Cherry seems like a sweet cheerleader and everyone knows that she is a soc. By the way she was giggling when Dally was making jokes on the backseat in the movie, you can tell that she was in to him. But when he makes that joke about the "original red hair" she got a little upset. In the book however it can only be that she likes bad-boys. Dally has a strong build and may appear to look..well...hot. So, it is not hard to think that Cherry is attracted to him. Some girls like guys that are bad, make jokes and are wild.
Cherry would be Dally's problem because Dally is a greaser and Cherry is a soc. And Dally is cool, tough, and mean after he experienced jail, the only person he had loved is Johnny Cade.

He is embarresed to be a greaser, he thought Dally would embaress them ;)
He's extremely smart and he also doesn't like to flirt/pick up girls which Dally was doing to Cherry and Pony didn't want to even though Two-Bit and probably any other greaser would.
Cherry tells Pony boy that she would not want to see Dally again because she might fall in love with him.
He is scared for many reasons. One reason is that they can take him away from his brothers and put him in a boy's home. The people of that time are going to believe the police even if they make something up. Not many people of that time are not going to think a greaser is honest about something. So it all boils down to him being a greaser and the police not liking greasers very much or at all.
Dally finally left Cherry alone because he realized that she represented a world and values that were fundamentally different from his own. Despite his tough exterior, he understood that Cherry's loyalty to her social circle and her refusal to engage with the Greasers highlighted the divide between their lives. This moment of clarity made him recognize that pursuing her further would be futile and that he needed to respect her boundaries. Ultimately, it was a mix of respect and the acknowledgment of their differing worlds that led him to walk away.
Hi, The only two Socs members that I know of a Randy and Bob
He didn't think it was fair that Ponyboy's brothers had to worry about Pony all the time. Also, he thinks he could get off easier when Dally tells him that Cherry would testify that the socs were drunk and Johnny stabbed Bob in self-defense.
there is no one named Dally Curtis. Either you mean Darry Curtis or Dally Winston.
Dally doesn't react violently to Johnny because he cares to much to hurt him and Johnny is apart of the gang.
A jock because a greaser street fights while jicks can wrestle down greasers and finish them off in the ground
