Why would the 20 amp fuse for the taillights front parking lights dash lights keep blowing on a 1980 CJ5 but only when its being driven?

Dead short in wiring that is making contact with ground when you go over a bump or etc. Try pulling bulbs and sockets one at a time and driving to try to determine where short is
