Why would the Windshield wiper fluid work on the passenger side of your 1999 Plymouth Voyager but not the drivers side?

There are two posssible causes. First the jet where the fluid comes out may be plugged. Try taking a needle and clean the tip out. Second , Check that the hoses under the hood are all connected to the windshield washer resevior.
