Why would the airbag light stay on and the air cond windows and turn signals not work. What needs to be done to repair this problem?

Most likely all of these items are on the same fuse and the fuse is bad. It could be a bad turn signal bulb that is causing the fuse to blow. I'd check and change the fuses first and if that solves the problem you're good to go. If it fixes the problem but then the fuse blows again, check the bulbs first before investigating the air conditioner wiring etc. The best way to locate and identify your fuses is to consult the owners manual.
